What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, address or postcode, whether you have land to rewild, interests, messages, membership details, event booking details and any posts or photos submitted in the members area.

Why we collect it

We use this information to reply to enquiries, manage membership and events, send requested updates, understand local rewilding interest, keep basic records and protect the website. We rely on consent where you ask us to contact you or send updates, and legitimate interests for administration, security and responding to enquiries.

Analytics

The website records simple page-view analytics, including whether a visit came from a QR link such as wrenmail.online/register-interest. This may include the page path, source, IP address and browser details. We do not use advertising trackers. Essential cookies are used only for admin and member login sessions.

Storage and access

Sign-up, membership and event details are stored in a private website database and shown only in the password-protected admin area. Email sent to info@rewildinglincolnshire.co.uk is handled through Microsoft 365. Website hosting, DNS, fonts, maps and other technical providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver the site. We do not sell personal information.

To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your details, to unsubscribe, or to object to how your information is used, email info@rewildinglincolnshire.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
